I just did the 7 Facts About Me meme with 7 things that you probably didn’t know about me. Well, I’ve got another confession to make. I absolutely hate acne, but I LOVE squeezing pimples! Since I have started using tea tree oil in my day and night cream I don’t really get any pimples anymore, but when I see someone else with a big zip my hands just start to itch.
The bigger the pimple the better and if it has a big white top on it I just can’t help myself; I really want to bust it. My husband thinks it funny, because he is the opposite; he hates busting them and finds it gross, but I think it’s great. Especially when the puss bursts out. But unfortunately I can’t go around ask people if it’s alright if I bust their pimples so at the moment my services are only available to my hubby.
Do you like squeezing pimples?

The weight loss industry is massive. Every year another diet is promising to help you lose weight, there are hundreds of different diet pills on the market and every year new exercise machines are invented that promise to help you lose weight almost overnight. Every now and then I might be tempted because like everyone else I’d love to lose weight overnight, but I know it’s impossible. You don’t gain weight overnight, so losing it overnight is and stays an illusion.
Last week I bought a very interesting book called ‘Oriental secrets to a thin & healthy body’ written by Dr. Stephen T. Chang. It has a total different approach than any other weight loss book. This book is based on the Tao of balanced diet. It talks about the different reasons why people gain weight, balanced diet, internal weight loss exercises and more. It’s been a real eye opener for me. I’ve learned that I am drinking way too much fluid for instance and now I’m trying to cut back to only 6 glasses a day (approximately 1,5 liter).
The book also has some very simple exercises to help you lose weight. The book is based on principles that have worked for 6000 years. And it is so simple! It has a huge section with recipes for a balanced diet according to the five elements and tastes. I defenitely recommend the book for people who want to lose weight.

I’ve been tagged by Ana from Chica & Pumuckl to do the 7 Facts About Me meme. I’m pretty stoked that I am tagged and that I get to do this meme!
Here are the rules:
1. List these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
7 Facts About Me
- I think my hair color has had every hair color in the rainbow except for pink. I love changing my hair color and I can’t remember when it was the last time that I’ve had my own natural hair color. My hair is currently blond.
- I love mixed martial arts. Whenever I see a fight I get so into it that I am jumping up and down in the lounge room and scream “Knees, elbows, kick, etc”. My hubby finds it very entertaining.
- My body rejects metal. I have had piercings in my ear (6), eyebrow, nose and tongue, but my body pushes them out over a period of time. I had the same problem with the metal in my hip after hip surgery.
- I own two guitars, but I still can’t play guitar. The only song I have ever been able to play is ‘Come as you are’ from Nirvana. I still want to learn to play one day. And… I also want to learn to play the drums.
- I love the smell of chlorine in a swimming pool. I blame that on spending most of my life either swimming or working in a pool.
- Once I almost stepped on a King Brown snake while walking on a bush path at the Whitsunday Islands. I totally freaked out and starting jumping up and down. Somehow I scared the snake even more than he scared me and he tried to get away. I guess I was very lucky that he didn’t attack me.
- I once got kicked out of a bar at the age of 24 because they did not believe me that I was over 18. They claimed that the ID I showed them was a fake. I never went back to that bar.
I tag: Michael, Lisa, and (if you haven’t done this one yet, but would like to do it) YOU
