The first time I heard the term condo hotel I wasn’t sure what it was. Is it a condo or is it a hotel? Curious as always I decided to look it up, so here’s what I found. A condo hotel is usually one of those high-rise buildings operating as luxury hotels, but that have condo units that serve as a full-service vacation home. When you own one of those condo’s and you’re out of town you can let the hotel do the marketing and management to rent and manage the condo unit as it would a normal hotel room.
