		<description>But the weight loss pills don't work - you'll eventually get fatter then you originally were.  Especially if you don't have the motivation for a healthy diet and excerise. 

I'm sorry I can't motivate you, that sort of thing has to come from within yourself - but I do wish you GOOD LUCK and I really hope I get to see you suceed!!  :)

You KNOW that the pills are a temporary fix. You know this. The &lt;i&gt;only&lt;/i&gt; way to get to any permanent solution is to go &lt;b&gt;through&lt;/b&gt; it. That's the secret people don't want to hear.

You may want to hear it though, since you solicited. :)

PS. Protein protein protein. Cottage cheese, sugar reduced yogurt, eggs or egg whites. EAT YOUR BREAKFAST! Again. People think that by skimping on breakfast they are doing their weight loss a favor. NEVER. Your body is in starvation and it slows its metabolism. EAT protein upon wakening - even if just 150 calories. [cup of yogurt &#38; cottage cheese blended, for example.]

When I was getting off sugar this is what made the difference. Breakfast. YOU CAN DO IT!
