Can’t stop reading
Yesterday I went to a vintage shop to look around and ended up buying a couple of books. I started reading one of them which is called “Where rainbows end” by Cecelia Ahern. She is also the bestselling author of “PS, I love you”. I could not put the book down and kept reading until I finished it.
The reason why I couldn’t put it down was because I knew how it was going to end (it was just obvious), but every time when I thought it would finally happen some sort of turn or twist would come up. I started reading the book around 3 pm and finished it around 10.30 pm.
Don’t you just hate it when you can’t put a book down? It keeps you from doing anything else you had planned like cooking a decent meal, putting pictures on a flash drive, replying to emails from family, cleaning the house, etc. Once I start in a book I just can’t put it down? How about you?

Yes, this happens to me every time. “Where Eagles Dare” is a war story, but I held on to it until I finished it at the wee hours of dawn. Likewise with so many interesting ones that I came across.

Whenever I start reading a new Terry Pratchett book it takes over my life. I admit I don’t read it from start to finish but I’ve got my nose stuck in it every night until I do…

Haha, ya I’m like that, but I love it! So what I do is plan “reading weekends” where I stay inside all weekend just reading as many books as I can from cover to cover and not really sleeping. I only manage a couple of those sessions a year - but they are fun!
