The King (or so he thinks)
Our cat is a real cutey at times. But I don’t think I have ever seen a cat that has more attitude than this one. You know how they say that dogs have owners, but cat have personnel? Well, that is certainly the case for him.
Sometimes he thinks our house is like a hotel where he can come and go as he pleases. If it was up to him I’ll be running after him all day to open and close doors for him.
He also likes to claim things. Every time we buy a new item he comes over to check it out. If he likes it, he claims it as his and oh lord, if someone dares to touch it! He also has claimed our three-seat futon. We already lack of sit-space, but he ‘needs’ a three-seat futon to stretch out on.
He can become extremely annoying if he doesn’t get what he wants. He just starts to terrorize the whole house until he either gets it or until I have steam coming out of my ears and yell at him. And when he knows that he has reached our boiling point, he walks up to us to suck up. He thinks he has us all wrapped around his little paw.
He also thinks he is the king. In his mind he might be king of his own Branson real estate, but he ain’t king of our castle. And even though he’s got attitude and chucks little temper-tantrums he is still the sweetest cat in the world. Just look at him, isn’t he cute when he lets it all hang out?

I love that picture. It definitely catches your cat’s personality. Our cats are the same way.

I had a dog who could wander into a room strewn with ninety-nine tee shirts and one silk blouse, zero in on the blouse, and settle down on it for a nap.

I need to introduce my lil grumpy Princess. She thinks she rules the world… oh how wrong she is.
I love how he is all stretched out, lol. If he isn’t king of the house, I think he might be king of that sofa.
