Shrivelled balls

I love going to the gym. For me it’s better to release my frustration during a session of body combat than it is to release it on people close to me. Not only is it great for stress, but it is healthy as well. I feel better, look better (lost 4 kilo of the 6 kilo’s I gained in the last year) and have much more energy. I feel the same way when I swim. Although swimming  almost feels like meditation to me. I know that sounds funny, but it is the only time when I can truly empty my mind and concentrate solely on for example my breath or strokes.

Lately I have been making the gym my second home. The one thing I don’t like in the gym are those arrogant, pumped up guys. You know those guys that work hard in pumping up their upper body (arms, chest, shoulders) and have skinny legs. And constantly look in the mirror while they practice their poses. It always makes me giggle a bit when I see ‘big dudes’ with skinny legs.

Yesterday I was overhearing two of those ‘big’ dudes about how you  can get legal steroids / prohormones on the internet. Whenever I think about steroids I think about shrivelled balls. I once saw a documentary about steroids use with the Mr. Universe competition and the downside of steroids, one of the downsides was getting shrivelled balls. So now whenever I see those pumped up guys I think skinny legs and shrivelled balls and that just makes me giggle even more.

It’s funny… Their big ego’s think that I giggle because I somehow must fancy them, but in fact I kind of think they are pathetic!

I saw a documentary like that once. One guy used steroids so much his arm “exploded”. I don’t get it…

I saw that documentary too! That arm was insane…
