Page Rank Toolbar Gone Wild

I just posted Get paid to blog with Blogging Ads on my new blog Free Cash Quest when I saw something funny. I immediately took a screenshot just to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. This is every webmaster’s wildest dream coming through…

I know that the title of this post gave away the thing I am talking about, but if you haven’t noticed yet have a look at the PR toolbar in the bottom of the screenshot.

PR Toolbar gone wild

The domain is only registered for a couple of days and despite not even having an Alexa ranking my blog went from PR 0 to a PR 6. Obviously the Page Rank toolbar went wild or maybe it had a bit much to drink? Anyway, I thought it was hilarious and decided to share it before the Page Rank toolbar decides to behave itself again.

    Now that WOULD be a dream come true! I wish you’d actually gotten that PageRank for real, though. Everyone would be stunned. ;)

    Yes, that would have been too good to be true! I think it will take a long time before it will have a PR though, but it was fun for as long as the fake PR lasted ;)
