I think this is just a way for PPP to sign up new advertisers and to give those witout an approved blog some way of making cash. I've entered two blogs with them before but both were rejected for not being older than 90 days. And then just today I logged on and found my new PayPerPost message, encouraging me to write a post on The Police. *sighs* It makes no sense to me either.
