Telstra: what a drama!

Finally… I’m back online!

After moving to our new house, we’ve had such a drama to get our phone line and internet connection hooked back up! It took a week, $75 worth of mobile phone calls to the support line of Telstra (where we have our phone & internet account) and giving some piece of my mind at the Telstra shop to get connected back up. They even terminated my internet account for no reason! Anyway, my frustration and anger is starting to fade away (finally!) while I’m sorting through my 500+ emails in my inbox.

It’s nice to be back!
